When direct representation authorisation is given to Bright Customs UK the importer/exporter is responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to complete the customs declaration, compliance requirements and any customs debt owed to HMRC.

The form completed by the exporter or importer giving Bright Customs UK specific information and details in regards the customs clearance required for consignment being shipped to or from the United Kingdom.
